Updating Addresses

Hello,


What procedure does everyone use to streamline addresses?  For example, to ensure all addresses that read Road/RD./ROAD/road are turned in to Rd.  Additionally, what procedure does everyone use to convert all capitalized or all lowercase address to their correct form?

    You can use the standard NOCA Change of address process to do this to US Post Office Standards.  And with a bit of conversation with the preferred provider of these address changes you can get them to make some "USPS" Acceptable changes.  These changes are not always going to be acceptable to some development staff working with important persons to your organization like Board Members.  For these carefully curated accounts, you can put in place exceptions from the NCOA process.
