Is anyone in the community using Tessitura to manage data for a costume rental facility? We are trying to get organized to import and manage our regular rental clients (both commercial and non-profit) and the variety of designers working between them-- we think this looks like a web of theaters and designers which are associated/affiliated, and we are considering using the plans tool to create "rental pipelines" that track the yearly cycles of rentals (i.e. a spring musical tells us when to reach out to them on a yearly basis).
Step two (or beyond?) would be the pie-in-the-sky dream of inventory management, so if anyone is doing that we would love to hear about it!
