How do you deactivate a quicksale button without deleting it? For example, I have an even that occurs every month thus Quicksale is set up that way, however, this month it is not. How do I deactivate it?
Assuming you are referring to a Performance Button within the Sales Layout screen, if you only have 1 performance per Fiscal Year, I'm not aware of a way to do this.
If you had it as a monthly performance (on the last day of every other month), you could have the button be a Performance (Relative) button and you set as follows:
Relative to: = Start of Day Plus = 0 Days Sequence = 1
Stops at: = End of Day Plus = 30 Days
The button would only find the 1st performance under that Production Season and Season for that month. For example, The Performance (Relative) button would not find a December performance during the month of December, but it would find a January performance during the month of January (the button would only find a performance every other month).
