Is Acrobat the software that is used to actually convert the pdf template into the pdf attachment that contains the ticket order? We have a question on the size of the email attachment. A typical order of 4 tickets plus a parking pass generates a 5 page attachment which is 1MB in size. The original template is only 179K. I’d expect the attachment to be much smaller.
That actually sounds about right from my understanding of PAH. What is happening is that the final attachment is X copies of the template in a single PDF. So - your blank template is 180K x 5 pages = 850Kb - figure in the added text data and that would come out to around 1Mb.
As always, I could be wrong in my understanding of the process.
