I can import constituents without any other problems, but can't get the attribute values to upload. Is anyone doing this successfully? My understanding from the documentation is that you can include the values in your import data file and then select the attribute they are linked to when you run the utility. Everything works except that I get an error message in the utility output that says, "value X is not in the list of possible values." I have tried the upload using value IDs from T_KWCODED_VALUES, as well as exact value descriptions and neither works for me. I have multiple values in my data file, but they all link to the attribute selected in the utility parameters.

i had a similar issue. what i found was the attribute wasn't set up for that type of customer in tx_keyword_cust_type. adding the entry resolved it for me.
Maybe check the import format file to make sure that the section that handles attributes is not commented out. I believe that it is commented out by default.
