Hi all -
Our financed dept contacted me about some postings being out of balanced. When i looked into it, some data seems to not be displaying in the client (transaction data) despite there being an order (the transactions tab inside the order also displays no transaction data). When looking into it further, there seems to be no campaign_no on the transaction lines in SSMS. So thinking it was a wider issues I queried all transactions with no campaign and it's only 17 rows. Don't transactions all require a campaign? What would cause rows to be written to T_TRANSACTION without a campaign_no? Should i just updated the rows? Anyone run into this before? If it's more complex an issue, I'm happy to put in a ticket with support but thought i'd check here first.

Hey Richard,
Have you checked to see if these transactions were not all done in the payment window? Whenever a gift certificate is purchased, that all happens in the payment window. Although you have to put a source code on the order, I don't know that that will put a campaign in T_TRANSACTION for that order. What version of Tessitura are you currently using?
