Our financed dept contacted me about some postings being out of balanced. When i looked into it, some data seems to not be displaying in the client (transaction data) despite there being an order (the transactions tab inside the order also displays no transaction data). When looking into it further, there seems to be no campaign_no on the transaction lines in SSMS. So thinking it was a wider issues I queried all transactions with no campaign and it's only 17 rows. Don't transactions all require a campaign? What would cause rows to be written to T_TRANSACTION without a campaign_no? Should i just updated the rows? Anyone run into this before? If it's more complex an issue, I'm happy to put in a ticket with support but thought i'd check here first.

We had the same problem and it was resolved by going to 14.0.10. We worked with Tessitura to figure this out. They gave us scripts to run prior to fixing it though. If it helps. the names of the scripts are 'MultiplePostUnpost' and 'FixNULLCampaignNo'. We had to apply them in that order, then our CRM team had to repost the batches. I'm hesitant to include the scripts because I wouldn't assume that you are set up the way we were. I'd hope that someone on Tessitura support could guide you though. HTH!
