Have you created reports or stored procedures which safely open ‘delicate’ features to your users allowing them to manage bits of Tessitura which previously could only be managed by IT?Have you opened up T_KEYWORD and TR_QUERY_ELEMENT and associated tables to users, and trained those users in how to add to and/or customise List Manager and Output Set Manager elements ?Do you have train users in Tessitura functionality within your organization, with a view to giving them more independence from the IT department and the IT help-desk?Has your organization created custom documentation and worked this documentation and its keywords into the Tessitura Help System?
