Constituency not showing up in Create a new list

Hi Everyone,

Got an odd one here. I'm creating a new list using Constituency as the Criteria, but the value I'm after isn't showing up in the value list. The entry in TR_CONSTITUENCY looks the same as all the others, I can add the Constituency to a Customer Record and using select in Management Studio brings back the expected result.

So, I'm wondering what I have missed out when I set up the new Constituency. Any ideas anyone?

Thanks, Debbie

  • Since you said the setup is the same, I am assuming it is not this, but is there any chance that you have put that particular constituency into a control group to which your regular login does not have access?

That is the only reason of which I can think for the constituency not to show up in the value list.  I suppose maybe if you created a rank for it that was outside the bounds of 1 - 32768, that could maybe do it, too, though really I do not see why that would have an effect, but it does state in the documentation that the number needs to be in that range.

Otherwise, I would open a ticket with Tessitura.
