TC25 Zebra ticket scanner

Hi All

I recently received a zebra TC25 ticket scanner to test with and setup Nscan 6.0.5.0. The scanner laser works on every other screen except for "test scan" and "ticketed events." At either of those screens I get a message "RS6000 bluetooth scanner is not connected, therefore BTpairing utility will be started." We don't have an RS6000 ring scanner, and it doesn't matter if I toggle BT on or off. The message is relentless. Does anyone know how to remedy this and get the internal scanner working in "test scan" and "ticketed events?"

  • Hello Devin.  We in Support have seen this once before, and the resolution was to change the scanner selection in the DataWedge profile from "Bluetooth" to "Auto".  If this doesn't resolve the issue, or you need further clarification, I'd invite you to open a help ticket with Support so we can assist you further.
