I am having issues trying to delete a patrons names from the program names list. I go into the record and delete the program name but the are still showing up when I pull a list. Some of them included soft credits from another account, could that be the issue?

It will depend on your list and output set criteria! If you include that here someone may be able to provide more insight.
I got it, it was the Include all constituents field that needs to be turned off. Thank you David Yaney @ the smith center
