Hi, All,
11th Hour issue. We are newly implemented (April) and opening night is upon us. I've spent the last couple of days unsuccessfully testing the import process. All is built and associated to import 3rd party seller data, including barcodes which need to be N-Scanned beginning tomorrow night. I was told by HelpSupport that there is a known issue with 12.5.1 and the error that I keep getting is "Cannot fetch a row from OLE DB provider "BULK" for linked server "(null)". The import file data may be out of sync with the specified format file." is familiar. Following up, I sent my file format and data sample, but haven't heard back from them. I thought that I would reach out to the forum to see if anyone has had a similar issue in the past. I know that others who are still on 12.5.1 seem to not be having an issue importing.
I doubled checked my format file and data and they match. I've tried rerouting and renaming my file paths (and updated TR_Import_Order_Set) and still no luck.
Am I missing something? Or is there a fix that needs to be deployed? Could this be a RAMP permissions issue? Thanks, in advance,

Hi Amy. This is a regular error for me (I do daily imports of other sellers data). You may have a stray column in your data that is not matching up to your input set format or you have have a bad format somewhere in there. Do the headings in your data set exactly match your XML format File? I doubt it's RAMP or permissions. My thoughts is it's the data set. Happy to help if you need it.
Thanks Heath and Troy. I've tweaked some things and have been in touch with Tessitura. Still not there yet.
