We recently added QR codes (in addition to existing bar codes) to the ticket design templates with a view to using QR codes only if the trial proves successful.
The initial testing of printing and scanning tickets proved successful - but now that the templates are live - we discovered that there is an issue with printing largish batches.
Last night a batch print of around 2,300 tickets took 2.5 hrs to complete. The first 400 tickets or so printed at normal speed and then...any tickets with used the new design printed so slow the batch ground to halt and took forever to complete.
We are using Boca's (Lemur S model - 300 DPI ) users computer on Windows 10, print server is on Windows 2008 R2.
Anyone else had issues with this (or have any hints / advice on what might be causing the slowness)
