We’re looking for a way to require a signature for *all* cards used at the ticket counter, not just credit cards. We are Vantiv users and have the VeriFone Mx915 devices. In my testing this morning, it recognized my credit card and asked me to sign the screen, but when I put in my debit card, it knew it was a debit card and asked me for my pin. We would like to have a signature for everything as we have been advised it is better when chargebacks are disputed.
Any thoughts on if this is possible/what might need to be tweaked in setup?
