Hi all, I'm having an issue with my new Infomaker 2017 that has the Appeon people and my IT team stumped. When I'm looking at a .psr (any PSR in any PBL) my column specification window is blank. The window is visible, I just get a white screen in the column specification area. We've checked the .Net (I'm running 4.7) and uninstalled and reinstalled Infomaker. Same thing!
It's a local install of Infomaker 2017 R3.
I'm running Windows 10. My coworker has a local install on a computer not running Windows 10 and hers is fine.
I'm wondering if anyone has encountered a similar issue or can think of anything for me to try! Thanks in advance!!
I am seeing the same issue on Infomaker 2017.
The column specification window is blank on all reports, custom or standard, and for the custom report I am attempting to update, I cant add any new columns. Adrienne, I would be interested if you were able to find a resolution to this, and also is anyone else running into the same issue?

Unfortunately, I have to report that we have not yet gotten this figured out! (with the holidays and other priorities, our other report writer has been managing things! Are you also on Windows 10?

Adrienne, my setup I think is a little different. I am on a Mac, but accessed Infomaker through RAMP, but was running into the same issues where the column specification was completely blank. I had sumbitted a ticket and then a few days later my version of Infomaker on RAMP was back to 12.6, and then the column specificiation was back!
