stored procedures for adding/deleting extractions

Thank you Chris!  Just got confirmation that there is no internal Tessitura procedure for this, oddly, so this will save me a lot of time.

Oh, quick question: any reason you're deleting from the views and not the regular tables (e.g. impresario..v_ka_header)?

Just replicating exactly what the Profiler trace revealed.
