Hello! Does anyone do a subscription package that does not get seated until day of or day prior to the show? We have sports teams that do this and are wondering if this scenario is possible with Tessitura.
I think the issue comes down to the ticketing. We do unseated initial subscription sales, but seat over a month before the first show and mail out tickets then. How do you plan on ticketing these events? Regular tickets? PAHT only? Will they be scanned? I'm guessing that, since you want to defer seating, these are not GA events.
I'm not sure you can even print tickets that aren't seated, so at best you could do an all PAHT show (will call for every seat sounds like an impossible nightmare). If you can print unseated tickets, then maybe, but the other problem is that I believe unseated sales in Tessitura don't do any inventory control.
