Does anyone else out there auto renew subscribers? We do, but it seems to be a very manual process. We offer payment plans so auto renew previous years payment plan as well, which requires us to go back into history to see what they did in previous year. If you do auto-renew with payment plans, what is your process to do this? Hoping to make this an easier experience internally.
