We are trying to pull a list of individuals not part of a household for some database clean-up, and even with the criteria Constituent Type-In-Individual and Constituent Type-Not In-Household we are still getting constituent results that are a part of a household.
Has anyone else encountered something like this before? Do we need to go into Manuel Entry and edit it there?
Any insight is appreciated!
Probably easiest manually, but you could also find household, replace household with affiliates, and then use that list as an exclusion list for a list of individuals.
Hi Kira,
You will need to exclude the affiliations (like child or others to a HH) and also name_ind in T_AFFILAIATIONS of 1 and 2 (A1 and A2). We made a custom view to label them more clearly.
Good Morning!
If you add the criteria "Relationship Type" and use Not In (add the affiliation types you use), it should eliminate anyone who is part of a household from your list.
