Howdy- I'm doing a clean-up project and need to reactivate some inactive records of deceased patrons to delete a program name type. (I know they won't appear in a list, I just want to remove certain types so they are not accidentally selected and subsequently not appear on a report or list as expected.)
I have 9 records that I am not able to reactivate- where it usually says, "Activate", it says "Inactivate" on these inactive records on the Constituents menu.
Has anyone seen this before? Solutions?
