Mystery Data in output to Wordfly v.14

Has anyone seen this ?

We are creating our renewal emails - using extractions and the same output set we have always used.   When review the output data it all looks correct but when we merge into the Wordfly email there are suggested amounts that appear nowhere in the file.  A $75 appears as $65.   The condition set on this field is if blank return $75.   So there really is no way $65 should be showing up.  Another should have been $1,750 but displayed as $1,500.  AND then there were plenty of records that worked as expected.

This only happens when it is done as and extraction.  If we save to list and put it through all the fields are correct.

We have Wordfly looking into this and we hope they can point us back to where to look in Tessitura.

  • We recently had a bunch of show times get sent out by Wordfly 1 hour off from what they were in the input file.  To my knowledge nothing had changed in how the data file was generated; it is a weekly process run via report scheduler, executing an output set against a list, generating a csv file.  A human being (and a very reliable one, too) proofs the file before the email is created and sent out.  My suspicion is there is something buggy on the Wordfly side.
