We are in implementation and plan to use P2PE Only mode and tokens to reduce scope. However, we need to find a way to deal with call recording of card information in our contact center.
Ideally, we wanted to make an API call to our contact center application to automatically pause recording. This however is not possible due to limitation with Tessitura at the payment screen.
How are others managing call recording? Are you recording calls? Did you stop?
Note: Our recordings are encrypted but even encrypted, scope is expanded because the card is stored. Our goal is to limit ourselves to SAQ-A an SAQ-P2PE.
