I am trying to use NScan standard function for membership scan. When I test a membership card, I am able to see customer name, membership organization and membership level info from NScan. But no performance is found from the dropdown list. For mine, the option shows "No Events". Does it mean that the membership level is not associate with performance?
I did association "Membership organization" with nscan membership entry from production season window in Tessitura.
Then what kind of configuration I should do to get performances for this member?
Please help.
