Our organization has moved to Office 365. I'm aware of the difficulties with PAH and using 365 because of the SSL/TLS situation. I've attempted to setup the IIS virtual SMTP server for relay as discussed in this thread: https://community.tessituranetwork.com/tessitura_software_forums/f/tessitura_technical-9/13222/office-365. I followed the following instructions to get it setup: https://community.spiceworks.com/how_to/98692-create-an-smtp-relay-in-o365-to-allow-a-unitrends-appliance-or-other-device-to-send-email-without-tls. The SMTP relay works on my other devices such as MFPs that don't have a TLS option etc, but for some reason my PAH configuration will still not send. In fact, the mails from the client PAH don't even hit the mail queue on the SMTP relay. I've checked the settings several times and can't find the reason why requesting a PAH from the client doesn't even make it to the server.
Anybody have any experience with this or have had a similar issue? Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Nevermind, I just found the issue. The PAH wasn't hitting because the ticket server needed a restart. Then I also needed to set send as permissions on the office 365 account being used to authenticate.
