Does anyone have a utility that unlocks rollover orders locked by the web, with this error code:
Can not lock this order at this time. Data in t_order table is checked out by an another batch. Data could not be locked! SQLCODE: -1 [nvo_bo_order.uf_dbread.49]
We currently escalate these to a SQL admin to unlock, but in a perfect world, the box office would be able to run a utility to unlock these orders while they're talking to the customer, rather than delaying a resolution.
This would require some kind of check and balance so that a box office operator doesn't run the utility with an incorrectly entered order number.
Just thought I'd see if anyone's solved this before we write something ourselves.

Thanks JD. My understanding has always been that if you run that utility against a web batch, it will also unlock all web orders that are currently in session?
