I'm hoping to pick all your brains!
I have a new IT team member, and we are looking to have him be in a Power User role.
Our database is hosted via RAMP, and I currently serve as the system administrator. We have Power users representing all the main departments (Ticketing, Development, Production/Artistic and Marketing.)
I'm looking to see if anyone has any ideas or job duties that they could share with me that show what their IT people do for Tessitura or in the Power User role.

A lot of my role with Tessitura in IT has been access management and Tessitura Hardware. Almost since our implementation I have been the person who creates and assigns users through Task tickets and the security modules. No-one outside our IT team has access to the Security Modules, SSMS, or BIDS. I also have helped spearhead implementation of hardware and am part of the primary knowledge base for things like EMV Swipers, NScan, Printers especially when it comes to day to day trouble shooting.
