Any idea why my import button would be greyed out in list manager? Can't identify a reason - documentation suggests this shouldn't be the case.
Frustrating because I've had to enter a list manually as I need the list yesterday - thankfully it wasn't too long.
One of the things to do is check security settings. I know for example the Performnace Base Price has been chnaged from Infomaker to SSRS and so secruity access for this report needs to be re-set.

Thank you Peter found out the issue. Whether or not the Import Button is greyed out or not, is dependent on which LIST is highlighted when I open List Manager. Simple as that.
Yep--it's a small thing in that the first row in Lists is automatically selected which makes the Import button disabled, unless the first row is a list with no criteria. In V15 we've changed that so that the first row is not automatically selected because we saw that it was a bit confusing.
