I've created 1 bit pcx test images using both CS6 and IRFANVIEW and uploaded these into RAMP using FileMover. I can add the images onto my ticket designs okay but when printing either through ticket design or via placing an order, the image doesn't print. Any other changes (text, data, barcodes, etc) print fine.
I am using the generic text driver as advised. I also found this in the forums...
"I would imagine that you only have the standard FGL26 on those printers, I think this is what they ship with unless you request the upgrade to FGL46
FGL26 is the standard and only supports logos in FGL mode, for PCX logos you need the upgrade to FGL46 which gives access to the 128k memory required for logos and fonts in both FGL and PCX.
You can purchase an upgrade license, to enable the flash memory and the other features of FGL46. I would contact your BOCA supplier to find costings for this, you usually need to let them know the serial numbers for the BOCA's and they can then send out the firmware to you to update the BOCA's to FGL46"

Did you ever figure this out? I'm having the same issue, and we're wondering if it has to do with the Generic/Text Only print driver.
