I saw there is a known bug in the defect list (reference number 120096) that you can no longer render scheduled InfoMaker reports when Tessitura is configured to use ODBC connections. We use ODBC connections - does this mean when we upgrade we will no longer be able to view any reports that are output to the Data Center?

Hi Jess and thanks for posting. This has been fixed in the latest v14.1 service pack. So when you install v14.1, this won't be an issue.

We upgraded to v14.1.3 and are still having this issue. Is there a more up to date service pack?

Sorry I should have been a bit more specific. The fix for this is in 14.1 SP4, which is due out in early June.
