Hi everyone
I'd like to make Tessitura On The Go available to my consortium. But I want to do it securely (i.e. I won't make On The Go available on the internet with just a username and password, it needs multi-factor authentication).
We use RSA for MFA at the moment, but I'd like a more user-friendly solution. Has anyone setup user-friendly secure access for On The Go?
Best regards

Hi Nic,
We use Incapsula Login Protect for our external TOTG access. Basically, the user needs to first authenticate with that using a code sent to their mobile phone before they even see the TOTG login page. It has the ability to trust a computer for 14 days (that may be configurable), which helps ease the pain so to speak. It's not perfect, but works reasonably well.
Here is a link to a description of the service: https://www.incapsula.com/blog/one-click-two-factor-authentication.html.
I first heard about this option from Bob at 92Y via this thread: https://community.tessituranetwork.com/tessitura_software_forums/f/tessitura_technical-9/12944/tessitura-on-the-go/40286.
Thanks,David
Amazing, thanks David (and for pointing me to the source). I'll take a look at Incapsula.
