Budget-Friendly SMS?

Keeping Budget in mind, what SMS platforms are other Organizations currently utilizing?  And are you pleased with it?  Pluses/Minuses welcome.

  • Hi Jolene. For marketing purposes or customer service contact? We started using Textline this year to allow a certain subset of subscribers to text their Patron Services Representative. It's gone well so far, we'll likely expand it to all subscribers next season. We've not yet used them beyond individual conversations, however.
