We've noted that since we upgraded to 14.1.1 on Sunday evening that all of our refunds are being processed by Transcend as a charge.
On the Transcend report, under Transaction Type, where it would normally show 'credit' for refunds, it's showing 'purchase' but these transactions are definitely refunds in Tessitura. Is anyone else having similar issues with 14.1.1 & Transcend?
General support for Transcend ended January 1st 2018. Two organizations have been grandfathered in until June 30th due to their currency requirement. We will work with these organizations directly regarding this concern.
