We recently set up user groups based on function.. finally. But we have a few users who require additional security access as they are a bit cross functional.
I've run into a situation when a user accesses the Contribution tab on the constituent record and unclicks the Date Range filter, they are only seeing records that go back to 2016 rather than the entire history of the constituent. I can't for the life of me figure out what setting I can update to correct this. I'm pretty sure its a security objects thing, but not sure.
Does anyone have any advice?
