Does anyone have experience with large volume repeat bookings? Our building in looking to fold in what our room booking/scheduling program (Fastbook) does into Tessitura. This involves repeat bookings such as booking one space for 4 weeks straight, or booking a space every Tuesday for 3 months. As of right now, I am booking each occurrence as a separate “assignment” and have to manually change the date each time. As the bookings can contain upwards of 30 occurrences, I’m looking for a more efficient method. Any ideas?
I would be very interested to know this as well. I'm starting to use Bookings for docent scheduling. We have the same Highlights tour every single day at 1:00, and right now I have to create a new Order with a Booking that says exactly the same thing for every day of the year. There is the resource template for number and types of resources, but it doesn't help with the rest of the Booking fields, like the tour title and description. It would be great to know if there was a way to bulk copy Bookings.
