Hi Folks,
We are a consortium and we have a need to limit what CSI's and Ticklers can be seen by organizations is there a way to do this via control group?

Control groups are applied to CSIs based through Activity Type. When you set up activity types in TR_CUST_ACTIVITY_TYPE you can select a control group. Activity types in that control group are only available to be used by users in that control group and CSIs with that activity type are only available to be viewed by users in that control group.
