I can add holds in a block selection with no issues. If I attempt to expire the holds using the block selection, Tessitura will hang with the "waiting for seatserver" message. The only way out is to click cancel.
I can remove the holds one by one, but not from a block
A third attempt at this allowed it to work without failing, but didn't actually remove the holds.
Any idea? Am I doing something wrong?
I did all of this in our test environment after a user reported an issue.
Have you validated completeness on the facility? I seem to remember us having this issue when we first went live and I *think* that was the issue.
