To save me from re-inventing the wheel, has anyone added worker role and worker name for non-primary workers to output set builder? I searched in the output set cookbook for these two items, but there is nothing in there with worker or role.
Any help would be appreciated!

I have a custom view which lists the workers, their role type and a flag (Y/N) to indicate whether or not the worker is primary. I'd be happy to share - email me as martin.keen@nida.edu.au if you'd like a copy.
Be aware though that this will result in multiple rows being returned for the same plan in the Output Set - on row per worker.
