I'm helping to organize a Peer-to-Peer session at TLCC2018 called 'Managing Upgrades and Components' Here is the session description:
Wash, rinse and repeat. Every upgrade and new installation involves these three steps. This session will cycle through what needs to be accomplished in order to have a successful upgrade. We will discuss the handling of these items from top to bottom, focusing on how your organization times upgrades, decides on testing and project management and then training on the new features and new components.
If this sounds like something you'd be interested in presenting at, we're looking for you! We need about 3-5 people, each presenting for 10-20 minutes. This session will be held at 10:45am on Tuesday.

Hi David - tips and tricks you use to help your upgrade go smoother, testing plans, who does testing etc.
Sorry for the dumb question - I didn't read the whole thread, just your last post. I can offer some useful info on this topic. I'm not 100% confirmed to attend yet. Waiting for more details on the conference schedule to be posted.
