Hi all,
I'm helping to plan a great quickfire session at the conference this year about Data Hygiene Best Practices and we're looking for people who would like to present! Here is the session description:
Everything we do in Tessitura depends on the quality of the data. Our presenters will share the tips and techniques they use to keep up with data hygiene on an ongoing basis. From best practices on naming conventions to how to deal with dupes, and everything in between, see what others are doing to keep the garbage out.
This session will be held on Wednesday, at 10:45am. A quickfire session is 6-8 presenters, each speaking for about 5-10 minutes. If you are interested, please let me know!
Michele
Hello!
I'm actually presenting on database health for our TUG tomorrow. Sounds like your quickfire is right up my alley :)
Awesome Michelle! I'll add you to the list!
I've recently added a process here where I've built a series of lists that stakeholders in various departments then use to find accounts that aren't meeting our data integrity rules. Nothing fancy, but good for a very brief discussion.
Thanks Gawain! I'll add you to the list as well. Will be in touch with more details.
I've developed a Tessitrua Style Guide for our organization that I refer people to when I see messy data on one of my various audit reports. I have also tacked these style one-pagers in to the custom help section so people can click right to it. Happy to share!
Hi Larissa - would you be interested in presenting this at the conference?
Would love to see that Larissa.
I would love to see this too. Anything that can help with consistency is great!
Larissa, I would love to see it too.
Hi Larissa, apologies for my ignorance, but would that be on the website or in the Tessitura application?
