All the monitors in our Box Office are all set at 1024 x 768 which I understood was acceptable for Tessitura, and which our users are very happy with, particularly when you spend a lot of time looking at the seat map.
However, our BO staff have recently flagged that since moving over to 8.02 they can only see one address at a time in the address tab. It looks like accounts have only one address because the lower portion of the screen is blank. As this is unusual they have not noticed the new up/down scroll bar and have been adding secondary addresses that we already have on record, they are just off the screen.
Is there any way we can fix the Addresses tab issue without losing the enlarged seat map?
