Vantiv connectivity issues?

We're getting auth timeouts. Just called Vantiv and the problem appears to be on their end. Anyone else seeing similar issues?

I miss good ole’ Mike Smith from Transcend. That guy was ever faithful and I could always count on him to help me out. Maybe they didn’t offer 24/7 support, but then again I never needed it back in those days!
