InfoMaker 2017 license from Appeon

Hello, good Tessitura tech people!
 
We’re getting ready for the v14.1 upgrade and are looking into licensing for InfoMaker 2017 (apparently v12.6 is no longer available).
 
So, it looks like Appeon is the only company that has these licenses, and they now cost $295 per year (no perpetual license available)?
 
Does anyone know of any other options out there?  This is a huge price increase from the previous version, especially since we won’t need the version upgrades.  Or will Tessitura now support that moving forward?

    Hi Paul,

    Appeon is really the only place to license Infomaker from now.  I know the move to annual licensing is a change, but not one that we have any control over.  There is a possibility that we may upgrade to another version of Powerbuilder for building the application sometime in the next year which might mean an upgrade to Infomaker.  So the good thing about the annual license is that it does cover any needed upgrades.
