Hope you are all well.
I'm a quite fresh starter in Tessitura (been working with it for just a month) and I'm looking on how add a new user in T-Stats as one of our worker can't access from RDS.
I've been told to look into our System Database from SQL Studio but I can't find anything, neither on the user guide or on this community as the only link I found here it doesn't seem work.
Any help would be much appreciated.

Hi Sergio,
Here are the steps I have:
1. Add the user to your Active Directory for TSTATS
2. Add new user to Tessitura System Table TR_TS_USER_MAPPING
3. If not already installed, install TSTATS on the uesrs computer. YOu will need to ring your T_Stats_Deployes_Installer folder and look for the T-Stats INstall.msi file. Double click to install on the users computer.
4. Launch TSTATS and create a new workspace, We use the user's last name (ie. Stevens Workspace).
Connection type = server (we us the server connection type)
Server = (the server TSTATS is installed on)
Catalog = T-Stats
That's it, hope that helps. If not contact T-Stats support and they will help you.

I sorted out, it was a SQL server issue with one of the user as it was not in the list to access to T-Stats.
