Phone Integration with Tessitura

Greetings,

I've seen this topic discussed before but the most recent post I saw was a year old.  We too are looking for a new phone system with call center software and are interested in the idea of integrating it with Tessitura.  It looks like some of you have had success with Shoretel.  Would you have thoughts to add on how that was accomplished?   

Has anyone else integrated their phone system with Tessitura?  We would be interested in hearing how folks have done this and what their experience has been.
