We are implementing Vantiv's hosted payment solution for PCI compliancy for our web e-commerce transactions. We successfully send the user to the payment portal and we can successfully process a payment, yet when the process returns back to our web application, we get a message "Invalid Payment Method"
Anybody have any clue what we might be doing wrong or how to resolve this? I will add that this is a custom web implementation of Tess and we are not using TNEW.

As far as I remember when we did this at the National Theatre we set up a new Payment Method in Tessitura for this which was of type "other" as it just needs to be able to add the payment to Tessitura without any card processing.
Is worth checking how the Payment Method is setup in Tessitura, that the correct payment method id is being used by the website and that the user group that the web user is in can access the payment method (security setup)
