We've recently started scanning our Tessitura environments using Trustwave and we're seeing that it takes down the seat server service. Has anyone else had this experience?
"The Tessitura STG Seat Server service terminated unexpectedly. It has done this 1 time(s)."
We have been using Trustwave for years and have never had that issue. We are on RAMP, I do not know if that makes any difference. We are currently having our own fun with Trustwave with regards to Vantiv and TLS 1.0, but that is completely unrelated to the seat server.
