Hi all,
I know with versions 14, the new GDRP requirements for EU/UK using organizations is a big priority. However, US businesses do have some requirements for GDRP compliance. Can someone direct me to any information in help or wherever on this site related to information about GDRP compliance. I have been charged with making sure we will be compliant but need to figure out what components of Tessitura this affects and how I can ensure we are using them correctly.
Thanks.

Chris,
This is an excellent question. Based on the little bit of research that I have done. It is my understanding that the EU countries think that if we do business with any of their citizens we have to be fully compliant with GDRP the same time as everyone else.
It is also my understanding that this a very gray area. That this may be somewhat like the American's with Disabilities Act. The start date means that there might be some type of enforcement action taken. However, I have a sense that the EU governments are more likely to go after US companies that have a large presence in the EU like Google, Apple, Facebook, Amazon first. Then eventually work down to smaller international (out of EU) organizations.
I've not done a great deal more research on this topic. I would like to know more as others find out information.
