In our system, every time we enter a CSI and hit save, the CSI is automatically closed without any actions. I would like to make it so they stay open until we decide to close it with an action! How do I do this?

There is a System Table called TR_CUST_ACTIVITY_CATEGORY, and on that table is a column called "Auto Close". It sounds like you have that column checked for at least some of your category types. If you uncheck that column, that should allow you to save CSIs without them closing automatically. Hope that helps!
