I’m working on some custom reporting for sources and would love to hear what others are doing. What’s been most useful to you for reporting on sources and appeals? How do you report on sources across productions? How do you isolate which orders have a specific source? What are the benefits and pitfalls of reporting on sources at the transaction level rather than the order or subline item level? Have you combined sales reporting with promotion responses? Do you have any tips for looking at sources across ticket sales and donations?
I’ve looked at T-Stats for some ideas, but the difficulty of isolating specific dates makes it less than ideal as a final reporting solution. Most of the standard Tessitura reports have one or two pieces of what I’m looking for, but don’t quite get me all the way there, so I’d love to hear any ideas of what’s been a hit for your users.
