Mobile Box Office using RAMP and wifi

Hi Everyone,

I am interested in talking with any other organization that is;

  • using Tessitura for ticketing
  • Has a mobile box office (not turbo tablets)
  • Relies primarily on wifi for connectivity

We are experiencing many ongoing issues with the current "ecosystem" we have built, and I am interested in hearing how anyone else is making this work. Between WIFI and EMV and RAMP and PRINTERS and more, I feel like we just don't have our setup fine-tuned enough. I need our box office to run smoothly and would love any insight that can be provided (or any consultant recomendations to work with us to make things run smoothly).

    The other thing I am looking at is using a company called Big Leaf. They supply a router to aggregate my ISP’s. They then offer separate IP addresses from either of my ISP’s that is offered out to the world including RAMP. Then if one of my ISP’s fail RAMP doesn’t change a change in IP address.  Call if you want to chat about this.
